Online Interview Notice for IMPA Program 2024

In accordance with relevant policies of the Graduate School and the International Student Division of Peking University, the enrollment plan and the preliminary examination of candidates' application materials, second round interview（online）of the IMPA Program 2024 of School of Government will be arranged as follows:

INTERVIEW DETAILS:

a)     Online interview (Zoom Meeting) to be conducted in English.

b)    15:00-17:00, May 8, 2024 (Beijing Time), Wednesday

c)     Scoring rules: Five experts will score each candidate independently, with the average score determining the final result. Those who fail to pass 60 (out of 100) will not be considered. For applicants who pass 60, the professors will choose the excellent ones. The interview will last for about 20 minutes for each one.

PROCESS：

1.     Candidates who participate in the interview must be connected with the Panel on time as required. Those who fail to connect with the Panel will be deemed to be automatically disqualified from the interview. Exceptional circumstances must be explained in advance.

2.     Panel head will explain rules and procedures of the interview.

3.     The interview mainly includes:

a) Self-introduction；

b) Research Plan presentation;

c) Q&A;

ADMISSION:

Results will be published on official website of the School of Government, Peking University. It will also be available on the ISD application portal.
